The Attorney General of Guyana

Mr. Benjamin E Gibson and Ms Mandisa A. Breedy for the appellant

Mr. Doodnauth Singh SC, Attorney General of Guyana for the respondent

Civil practice and procedure - Costs — Security for costs — Appellant failed to comply with Order of Court of Appeal — Consequently appellant's application for extension of time to provide security for costs dismissed.

  • (3) We make no order as to costs.
